Do Not Underestimate the Value of Good Customer Service

In these social and mobile times, it is important that businesses do not underestimate the value of customer service.  The truth is that good customer service drives customer loyalty resulting in sales.

The National Business Research Institute put together an infographic highlighting this important message.

Some key points:

Decision-making is 30% rational and 70% emotional.

60% of customers are still willing to pay extra for a better customer service experience.

80% of company owners and business executives believe that their company is providing a ‘superior customer service experience’… but 54% of their customers disagree.
