According to Siegel & Gale’s Brand Simplicity Index 2013, simple is better.

Simplicity is defined in the report as: “Remarkable clear & unexpectedly fresh experiences.”

The report indicates that simplicity creates:

  • Trust
  • Loyalty
  • Innovation

So which brands are doing a good job with simplicity?  According to the report, the top 5 brands worldwide for 2013 are:

1) Aldi

2) Amazon

3) Google

4) McDonald’s

5) KFC
